Serving Progressive's legal needs involves not only reviewing contracts and handling corporate filings, but dealing with a wide range of legal issues, including real estate transactions, employment, privacy, investments and securities, corporate compliance, e-commerce, complex and class action litigation, company licensing, agent licensing, and managing the Company's intellectual property portfolio.
The Corporate Law department helps its Progressive clients achieve their goals while operating within the highly regulated framework of the motor vehicle insurance industry. They work collaboratively across offices and practice groups to understand the business needs involved in rendering advice and counsel with a personal appreciation for practical results.
