IT University Partnership Program
While you're still in school, you'll have the opportunity to meet with Progressive representatives at career or interviewing days on campus, at club events or in your classes through the IT University Partnership Program (IT UPP). After you decide to join the Progressive team, you'll be introduced to the systems and technological tools we use, participate fun team-building exercises, and receive the industry knowledge you need to succeed at Progressive.
Since you'll be working with other recent grads in the IT UPP, you'll have immediate companions, even if you relocate. Progressive will help you find an apartment, assist in your relocation and make sure you have everything you need for this next phase of your life.
