Employment Testing
Progressive conducts employment skills testing for various positions to help predict job performance, learning ability, job fit, motivation, turnover and job satisfaction. Your recruiter will inform you if an employment test is required. You also will be advised of the date, time and location of the test. Before your test, we ensure proper testing accommodations will be made available for all of our candidates.
Your test administrator will inform you of your test results immediately following the test, but the administrator cannot view or provide feedback on specific questions if they were answered incorrectly, as test results are only categorized as "qualified" or "not qualified." If you did not qualify, you are eligible to retest 90 days after your original test date.
