Customer Service Processors
Processors review system-generated reports and answer various types of customer correspondence from agents and policyholders. They process a heavy volume of transactions for insurance policies using a personal computer. They also occasionally call agents and policyholders to verify and obtain missing information.
A successful processor is self-motivated and results-oriented; possesses strong math, oral and written communication skills; and has proven ability in problem solving and troubleshooting.
