It's important to have balance between your home and work life. To help you achieve this balance, we provide you with time off to relax and care for personal obligations.
- Earned Time Off (ETB) – The longer you're with us, the more time off work you'll earn. We call it ETB, or Earned Time Benefit. With ETB, you choose how you spend that time off. You can use it for vacation, personal days, sick time — whatever. Plus, your ETB rolls over from year to year rather than starting over each year.
- Enjoying Holidays – In addition to ETB, you can enjoy six paid holidays throughout the year.
- Attending Funerals – When you have a death in your immediate family, we want to help you focus on what's important: your family. We offer time to attend funerals so that you can be with your loved ones during this difficult time.
- Serving on a Jury – If you're called to serve on a jury, we support your community service by giving you paid time to fulfill this responsibility.
- Serving in the Military – We respect those of you who serve our country in the military. To support you and your family, we protect your job when you are serving and, when possible, make up the difference between your military and Progressive pay for a period of time.
